Create an elegant and functional outdoor living space with the DOMI Outdoor Living 12×20 Classic Hardtop Gazebo, a spacious permanent gazebo designed for year-round comfort and durability. Built with a powder-coated aluminum frame and a galvanized steel double-roof system, this premium gazebo provides exceptional protection from sun, rain, and snow while adding a sophisticated look to patios, decks, gardens, and poolside areas.
The generous 12 ft. × 20 ft. footprint offers approximately 240 square feet of covered space, making it ideal for large outdoor dining sets, lounge furniture, outdoor kitchens, or entertaining family and friends. The ventilated double-roof design improves airflow, helps reduce heat buildup, and enhances stability during windy conditions for a more comfortable outdoor experience.
Designed with convenience in mind, the gazebo includes zippered privacy curtains and mosquito netting, allowing you to enjoy fresh air while reducing exposure to insects and providing additional privacy whenever needed. The heavy-duty aluminum frame is rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant, while the galvanized steel roof delivers outstanding long-term durability with minimal maintenance.
Engineered for reliable outdoor performance, the structure is rated for wind speeds up to 50 mph and supports a snow load of approximately 22 lbs./sq. ft. when properly installed according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Whether you’re creating an outdoor dining area, relaxation space, or entertainment pavilion, the DOMI Outdoor Living 12×20 Classic Hardtop Gazebo offers the perfect combination of style, protection, and lasting performance.

Heavy-duty aluminum hardtop stands firm in storm winds
Survived 50+ mph wind gusts and heavy downpours without a drop leaking through. The dual-tier galvanized steel roof design vents summer heat while keeping rain completely out.
The anchoring system bolted securely into our concrete patio. Both the zippered mosquito netting and privacy curtains slide smoothly on dual tracks. Looks like a luxury resort pavilion.
Engineered with thick rust-resistant aluminum posts. Hardware is stainless steel and assembly instructions were step-by-step. Great shade during hot summer days.
