Who we supply

We supply workshops, garages, facility managers, contractors, landscaping firms, rental fleets and resellers with a registered business. Tell us what you need and we quote on it.

What we need from you

• Company name, EIN, and a resale certificate if you are buying for resale.
• The models and quantities you need, and the delivery address and dates.
• For resellers: proof of an existing shop or established storefront. Purchases for personal use under a trade account are not accepted.

How a trade order works

1. Email support@akashop.store with the subject "Trade enquiry".
2. We answer within one working day with availability, trade pricing and a firm lead time.
3. You receive a proforma invoice. Payment by bank transfer or card, in the currency of the invoice.
4. Goods are booked for freight once cleared funds arrive. Part deliveries are possible on larger orders.

Prices, tax and terms

Trade prices are quoted per order and depend on quantity, model and destination; they are not published on the site. Quotes hold for 14 days. Business customers inside the EU or UK may be invoiced excluding VAT where a valid VAT number is supplied and the goods leave the country of supply. Retail promotions do not apply to trade orders.

Warranty on trade orders

Machines supplied to a business carry the same manufacturer warranty, but commercial rental use is only covered where the product page states that the model is rated for it.
