Who we are

Akashop (AK AWAN LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States) runs the website akashop.store and decides how the personal data described here is used. Contact: support@akashop.store

What we collect

• Order data: name, email, delivery address, phone number and order contents.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card; we never receive the full card number.
• Support messages: what you write to us, so we can answer.
• Site usage: anonymous statistics about pages visited, to fix problems and improve the store.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your order (performance of a contract), to answer your messages, to meet accounting and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — to send you our newsletter.

Who else sees it

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our fulfilment partners and carriers — the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your parcel, and nothing more.
• Our email provider — to send order and shipping confirmations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

International transfers

Because we ship worldwide, your delivery details may be sent to a partner outside your own country, strictly to fulfil your order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires (usually 6–10 years). Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to marketing. Write to support@akashop.store and we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the store to work (your cart, your language and currency choice) and anonymous analytics cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart will stop working without the essential ones.
