About Akashop
Akashop is an online store for the practical things a home needs: kitchen and household items, garden and outdoor gear, and tools for everyday jobs and small projects.
How we work
We do not hold every product in one warehouse. We work with manufacturers and fulfilment partners across the United States and ship each order from the warehouse closest to you. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT are prepared within 1 business day and usually arrive within 2–4 business days, with free delivery on every order.
What we promise
- Honest descriptions. Measurements, materials and what is in the box, as the manufacturer states them. If we are unsure of a detail, we leave it out rather than guess.
- Real prices. The price you see is the price you pay; shipping is shown before you enter any payment details.
- 90-day returns. If a product is not right for you, send it back within 90 days of delivery. No restocking fee.
- A person answers. Write to support@akashop.store and you get a human reply, normally within 24 hours on business days.
Payments and data
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered inside Stripe's own secure fields and never reach our servers. We store only what we need to deliver your order and to answer questions about it.
