What is covered

Every machine sold on Akashop carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. It covers manufacturing defects in the parts the maker supplies: motors, hydraulic cylinders and pumps, electrical assemblies, control boards, and the structural frame.

What is not covered

• Normal wear items: blades, belts, filters, spark plugs, batteries after the first 6 months, tyres, hoses and seals.
• Damage from an installation that does not follow the manufacturer's manual, including wrong voltage, insufficient ceiling height or an unsuitable concrete slab.
• Overloading beyond the rated capacity, accidents, weather damage, rust caused by outdoor storage of indoor equipment.
• Machines that were repaired or modified by someone the manufacturer has not authorised.
• Commercial rental use, unless the product page says the model is rated for it.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@akashop.store with your order number, the serial number on the machine plate, and photos or a short video of the fault.
2. We answer within one working day and open the claim with the manufacturer.
3. Most claims are settled by sending the replacement part with fitting instructions. Where a part cannot be fitted on site, we arrange collection and repair or replacement.

Replacement parts sent under warranty are free of charge, including their delivery.

Transport damage

Freight damage is not a warranty matter and has a shorter deadline: inspect the pallet before you sign, note any damage on the carrier's delivery note, and email us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We then replace the item at our cost.

Your legal rights

This warranty is in addition to the rights you have under the consumer law of your country, and does not limit them. If a machine is faulty on arrival you may also use our 90-day return policy.
